The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully mixing span 80 and Tween 80 in proportion to obtain a mixed emulsifier; the method comprises the following steps: fully mixing cinnamyl aldehyde, a mixed emulsifier and water in proportion, and carrying out ultrasonic emulsification at 40-60 DEG C to prepare a cinnamyl aldehyde emulsion; and melting the gel material in water at 100 DEG C, uniformly mixing with cinnamyl aldehyde emulsion, subpackaging while hot, and cooling to room temperature to prepare the solid preservative. As a food preservative, the solid preservative can be applied to gas-phase sterilization in grain, fruit and vegetable storage.
