A massage machine (1) is provided with a pair of left and right massage members (6) disposed so as to sandwich a treatment unit, and a width adjustment mechanism (12) for adjusting the distance between the massage members (6) in the left-right direction, the width adjustment mechanism (12) being provided with: a width adjustment member (13) that is attached to at least one of the massage members (6) and is movable in the left-right direction; and a guide shaft (14) having an axis oriented in the width direction and guiding the massage member (6) in the left-right direction via the width adjustment member (13).
