The composite single quantum system comprises a single quantum radiator and a nano optical antenna, the nano optical antenna has two dipole optical modes, and equivalent radiation dipoles of the nano optical antenna are linear polarization dipoles which are orthogonal to each other; the single quantum radiator is coupled with the nano optical antenna and is used for exciting two dipole optical modes of the nano optical antenna; the excitation intensities of the two optical modes are equal, and the phase difference is pi/2, so that the circular polarization radiation dipole is formed after the two dipole optical modes are coherently superposed.
