Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of pesticide residue determination, and discloses a method for detecting pesticide residues in food, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing crushed food with acetonitrile, oscillating and extracting, and then mixing with sodium chloride to obtain an extracting solution; (2) centrifuging the extracting solution, carrying out nitrogen blowing drying on the obtained supernate, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid and acetic acid, reacting at 80-140 DEG C, and adjusting the pH value to 3-4 to obtain a mixed solution; (3) transferring the mixed solution into a solid-phase extraction column, and eluting with methanol to obtain a to-be-detected solution; and (4) detecting the liquid to be detected by using a liquid chromatograph to obtain the content of the pesticide residues in the food. The method can be used for rapidly and accurately detecting the residual quantity of diuron and metabolite thereof and the residual quantity of linuron and metabolite thereof in food, an
