Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a fermentation method for improving the fermentation unit of pleuromutilin and feeding and defoaming. According to the method, the pleuromutilin is produced by fermenting basidiomycetes Pleurotuussp, four-stage culture fermentation is carried out, corn soaking water is used as fermentation water, and fructose, broad bean protein powder, yeast extract powder and compound oil are used as main fermentation raw materials. According to the method, a new culture medium formula and a physical liquid spraying defoaming fermentation method are adopted in a breakthrough manner, and convenient conditions are provided for subsequent extraction and synthesis processes. Compared with the traditional process, the fermentation period can be greatly shortened, the energy consumption is reduced and the production cost of raw and auxiliary materials is saved; the fermentation titer of pleuromutilin is greatly improved by utilizing phytin in corn soaking water and rich amino nitrogen in broad bean protei
