Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-density, high-strength and fatigue-resistant chromium-zirconium-copper alloy SLM (selective laser melting) forming process, which realizes preparation of a high-density and low-defect chromium-zirconium-copper alloy sample by optimizing SLM forming parameters, and can remarkably improve the density of a formed part and reduce forming defects by accurately controlling parameters such as laser power and scanning speed. According to the process, controllable preparation of a sample microstructure can be achieved, the grain size and phase interface characteristics are optimized, so that the mechanical property of the material is improved, the fatigue life of the chromium-zirconium-copper alloy can be remarkably prolonged through optimization of the microstructure and forming defects, the requirement of high-end application is met, and the application prospect is wide.
