Zusammenfassung: | Provided is an aluminum bronze alloy which has both excellent corrosion resistance (suppressed beta-phase precipitation) and excellent wear resistance (ensured to have a certain metal hardness or more) and which can be stably produced. Also provided is a sliding member using the aluminum bronze alloy, said sliding member having corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and stability during production. This aluminum bronze alloy is composed of copper (Cu), aluminum (Al), nickel (Ni), iron (Fe), silicon (Si), and unavoidable impurities. The aluminum bronze alloy has a structure comprising an alpha phase, a coarse Fe-Si-based intermetallic compound of 1 [mu] m or more, a fine kappa phase different from the Fe-Si-based intermetallic compound, and a trace amount of unavoidable phase.
本发明提供一种铝青铜合金,该铝青铜合金兼具优异的耐腐蚀性(抑制β相析出)及耐磨损性(确保具有一定金属硬度以上)且能够进行稳定的制造。另外,还提供一种使用了该铝青铜合金的耐腐蚀性、耐磨损性以及制造时的稳定性的滑动部件。本发明的铝青铜合金由铜(Cu)、铝(Al)、镍(N i)、铁(Fe)、硅(S i)和不可避免的杂质构成。该铝青铜合金具有由α相、1μm以上的粗大的Fe-Si系金属间化合物、与Fe-Si系金属间化合物不同的微细的κ相和微量的不可避免的相构成的组织。 |
