The rubber protective layer is arranged outside the metal tensile layer, the metal tensile layer can be prevented from making direct contact with the external environment, meanwhile, the zinc bars are embedded in the rubber protective layer, the metal activity of the zinc bars is larger than that of materials of the metal tensile layer, and therefore the zinc bars can be corroded preferentially when being corroded by salt mist, and the service life of the metal tensile layer is prolonged. Therefore, the metal tensile layer is protected, the corrosion resistance of the metal tensile layer is improved, and the overall corrosion resistance of the cable is further improved.
