Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting the content of aluminum oxide in dolomite based on a Raman spectrum principle, and relates to the technical field of chemical analysis of dolomite. The detection method comprises the following steps: preparing an SERS substrate, preparing a functionalized SERS substrate by adopting p-mercaptophenylboronic acid molecules, and collecting spectral lines; preparing a to-be-detected solution and a standard solution; collecting a standard spectral line and constructing a quantitative relation model; and collecting the spectral line to be detected and calculating the aluminum content through the quantitative relation model.
