The preparation method of the colored microspheres comprises the following steps: firstly, modifying a traditional disperse dye to prepare a high-solubility polymerizable dye; then, preparing a colored microsphere emulsion through free radical copolymerization; and finally, regulating ink jet parameters to obtain the colored microsphere ink. The colored microsphere ink has the advantages of high dye content, small particle size, good storage stability, excellent dry and wet friction performance and the like. The ink can be adapted to various digital printing devices, breaks the monopoly of foreign ink, and has a good market application prospect.
