The method comprises the following steps: step 1, loading a chelating agent onto a carrier to obtain a product A; 2, dissolving an epoxy compound and polyethyleneimine in a solvent 1 to obtain a product B; and 3, dissolving the product A, the product B and a hydroxyl compound in a solvent 2 to obtain the solid amine adsorbent. The solid amine adsorbent has excellent oxidation stability, and after the solid amine adsorbent is oxidized and aged for 20 days in air with the temperature of 383 K and the relative humidity of 75%, the CO2 adsorption capacity of the adsorbent still keeps 90% or above of the initial value.
