The centrum needle biopsy device comprises a handle and a puncture needle, the puncture needle is fixed under the handle, an elastic piece sleeve is fixed to the puncture needle, and external threads are arranged on the outer surface of the upper half portion of the elastic piece sleeve; a circular ring is fixed close to the needle head of the puncture needle; an elastic piece is arranged between the elastic piece sleeve and the circular ring, a shielding sleeve is arranged outside the elastic piece sleeve, and internal threads are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the external threads, in the shielding sleeve. When the shielding sleeve rotates downwards to the end, the circular ring is just shielded, and when the shielding sleeve rotates upwards to the end, the elastic piece is just exposed completely. The diameter of the puncture needle between the elastic sheet sleeve and the circular ring is smaller than that of the rest part of the puncture needle. The circular ring is arranged at the position
