In the device, a laser generation module comprises a first laser exit port and a second pulse laser exit port, the first laser exit port is aligned with a first laser inlet of an atomic gas chamber, the second pulse laser exit port is aligned with a path control entrance port of a laser path control module, and a detection port of the atomic gas chamber is aligned with a preset area; the laser path control module further comprises a path control exit port, and the path control exit port is aligned with a preset area.
