Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for removing extracellular antibiotic resistance genes by using sulfurized nano zero-valent iron, in particular to a method for achieving the purpose of efficiently removing the extracellular antibiotic resistance genes of underground water by regulating and controlling the sulfur content of the sulfurized nano zero-valent iron and changing the physicochemical properties of the sulfurized nano zero-valent iron, and relates to the field of underground water pollution treatment. According to the method, ferric chloride, sodium borohydride and sodium hydrosulfite are used for synthesizing sulfurized nano zero-valent iron with different sulfur contents, so that the hydrophilic-hydrophobic property and electron transfer performance of the surface of a material are regulated and controlled, and various antibiotic resistance genes are efficiently removed and the natural transformation capability of extracellular antibiotic resistance genes is reduced under an anaerobic condition; and |
