The invention provides a temperature control device and a control method thereof. The temperature control device comprises a first secondary refrigerant loop, a second secondary refrigerant loop, a refrigerant loop and a secondary refrigerant branch. The refrigerant circuit includes an evaporator having a secondary refrigerant channel and a refrigerant channel. The first secondary refrigerant loop comprises a first temperature control module communicating with the secondary refrigerant channel. The second refrigerating medium loop comprises a first air cooler and a second temperature control module which are connected in series.
