Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a solar module auxiliary frame detection method, which comprises the following steps of: selecting a proper sensor, and fixedly mounting the selected sensor on the surface of an auxiliary frame; the inductor is connected with an intelligent monitoring system, and a working parameter and a safety threshold value are set in the intelligent monitoring system, so that the distance between the solar module and the auxiliary frame is measured in real time; on the basis of a measurement result, a recovery device above the feeding table is used for stopping and recovering the defective auxiliary frame; and analyzing the measurement result in real time by using an intelligent monitoring system, and pre-judging the trend of the distance between the follow-up auxiliary frame and the solar module based on the analysis result so as to adjust the auxiliary frame. According to the invention, high-precision measurement of the distance between the solar module and the auxiliary frame can be realized, th
