Zusammenfassung:According to the organophosphorus insecticide direct detection method based on the nano biosensor, one-step direct detection of organophosphorus insecticide OPs is achieved through the biosensor with the carbon dots with the surfaces rich in phosphate groups, the sensitivity is high, the specificity is good, interference of protein, reducing sugar, amino acid, metal ions and other components can be avoided, and the detection accuracy is high. The complex pretreatment on the sample is not needed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carbonizing organic small molecules containing phosphate groups serving as raw materials to prepare carbon dots PCDs of which the surfaces are rich in phosphate groups; pCDs as a fluorophore is mixed with dephosphorylase to construct a nano biosensor; the method comprises the following steps: mixing organophosphorus insecticides OPs with different known concentrations with a nano biosensor, standing, measuring the fluorescence spectrum of the nano biosensor, and dr
