Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of organic synthesis, and particularly relates to a synthesis method for constructing a phenyl phosphamide ester compound through selenium catalysis. The structural formula of the compound is shown as a general formula X: # imgabs0. The compound is prepared from a phosphorus oxyhydrogen compound, an amine compound, a ligand, a copper salt, selenium, arylboronic acid and a solvent through a one-pot method. Researches find that in the presence of a certain amount of Se, a P-H bond of a phenyl ethyl phosphite compound is converted into a P-Se bond, in the presence of CuCl, bpy and pentafluorophenylboronic acid, a Chan-Evans-Lam coupling reaction is performed to obtain an Ar-P-Se bond, and finally, under the action of benzylamine, nucleophilic substitution is performed to form a P-Nu bond, and the N-phenyl phosphamide ester compound is synthesized. The synthesis method is low in cost, green, efficient and wide in substrate application range.
