Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a casting process for strengthening the strength of a large shell. The casting process comprises the steps of wax mold forming, wax mold shell making preparation, wax mold shell forming, shell fixing through hemp ropes, casting forming and casting forming. The invention aims to form a total shell with ribs inside by binding through hemp ropes on the basis of a traditional casting shell and coating with slurry and a molding material, so that the strength of the original shell is improved; in the roasting process, due to the fact that the roasting linear shrinkage rates of the hemp rope and the shell molding material are similar, the phenomenon that the overall shell cracks in the molding process is avoided, and the percent of pass of cast products is increased.
