Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for enhancing mixed fermentation of kitchen garbage through black water deamination, namely ammonia nitrogen in black water is removed by using a steam stripping device, and the deaminated black water and the kitchen garbage are subjected to mixed fermentation. On the basis of relieving acid inhibition and ammonia inhibition of independent fermentation of the kitchen garbage and the black water, the mixed fermentation performance of the two organic matters is further improved, the methane production efficiency is remarkably improved, and the method is safe and stable in operation and low in cost. And the method has important significance on energy resource utilization of two high-concentration household organic waste flows, namely kitchen garbage and black water, under rural scattered conditions.
