Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a perovskite solar cell repairing method based on external voltage intervention, and the method comprises the steps: applying an external voltage to a photovoltaic device which takes perovskite crystals as a light absorption layer material, regulating and controlling the ion migration motion of a perovskite solar cell, relieving the perovskite ion accumulation, and filling the defects of the device, thereby recovering the performance of the device. According to the invention, external bias voltage is introduced to induce perovskite ions to be redistributed, so that the perovskite ions are recombined with vacancy defects, and the photon-generated carrier extraction and transport capabilities of the device are optimized, thereby repairing the performance of the device.
