Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an assembly type tooth replacing structure for a small-sized slotless concentrated winding and a preparation method, and belongs to the field of motors. Winding, brushing glue or dipping paint on the tooth substitute, and shaping to obtain a concentrated winding; a plurality of positioning grooves which are through in the axial direction and symmetrically distributed in the circumferential direction are machined in the inner circumferential face of a stator yoke of the slotless motor, the positioning grooves are dovetail grooves or wedge-shaped grooves, one end of a tooth substitute with a concentrated winding is installed in the dovetail grooves or the wedge-shaped grooves in a matched mode, and the tooth substitute is made of non-metal non-magnetic-conductive materials. The method comprises the following steps: processing a dovetail groove or a wedge-shaped groove on the inner circumferential surface of the stator yoke; (2) one end of the tooth replacement is machined into a shape ma
