The system comprises a superconducting magnet device, a movable flat plate, a support and a ferromagnetic core. The movable flat plate is movably arranged in a center hole of the superconducting magnet device, the support is fixedly connected with the superconducting magnet device, and the ferromagnetic magnetic core is placed in the center hole of the superconducting magnet device and located in an esophagus locking target. The superconducting magnet device is used for generating a uniform magnetic field and a gradient magnetic field in the center hole; the ferromagnetic magnetic core is used for providing traction force for the esophageal atresia target under the uniform magnetic field and the gradient magnetic field.
