Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for analyzing and evaluating topological characteristic changes of a brain network of an addict based on a brain network graph theory and ROI-to-ROI, and the method comprises the steps: employing resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging rs-fMRI data of a whole brain, employing the graph theory to analyze and define nodes and edges of the brain network of the addict, enabling the nodes to represent a brain region, and enabling the edges to represent functional connection; calculating network attributes; the network attributes of the addicts are compared with the standard attributes of the healthy people, and topological feature differences are evaluated; identifying a brain region with the maximum difference as a region of interest (ROI); carrying out ROI-to-ROI analysis on the functional connection strength between the ROIs; and comparing the function connection data with the standard attribute, and evaluating the connection mode difference.
