Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a 400Mpa-grade deformed steel bar component design method and system based on a mechanical property forecasting model. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a relation equation of a yield strength average value, a deformed steel bar component average value, a rolling process and a specification diameter based on production data of deformed steel bars over the years; the optimal types and contents of different alloy combinations are screened out; (2) on the basis of the input element components and technological parameters of the steel types, the components of the primarily-selected steel types and the corresponding rolling technology are selected through the relation equation, and the yield strength range of the primarily-selected steel types is 449-451 Mpa; and the types and contents of the alloy combinations with the lowest cost are screened out from the primarily selected steel types, and the components and the rolling process requirement ranges of the 400 Mpa g
