Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a children adenoid hypertrophy screening method and device based on a face video. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the face video of a single object; the face video comprises at least one surrounding period of the object; screening out a plurality of special frames from the face video; and inputting the plurality of special frames into a screening network model to obtain a screening result of the object. In the application, the face video of the object is directly obtained without nose insertion detection, and the object with hypertrophy adenoid body is screened through the screening network based on the face video, so that the problem of child pressure caused by nose insertion operation is avoided.
