The method comprises the following steps: acquiring basic technical data of a power system containing renewable energy sources and predicted distribution data of the renewable energy sources; on the basis of basic technical data and predicted distribution data of the power system, a Markov decision process is constructed under the condition of considering complex constraints by taking realization of system power supply safety, renewable energy consumption and reduction of the total cost of the system as targets; and carrying out iterative training on the Markov decision process by adopting an approximate dynamic programming method, and searching to obtain an optimal group of decisions as a medium and long term operation mode.
