Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a flexible AIT manufacturing method suitable for batch production of optical remote sensing satellites, and relates to the technical field of aerospace equipment, in particular to the field of optical remote sensing satellite manufacturing. In order to solve the problem that resources are intensively occupied more frequently in the prior art, the invention provides the following scheme: step 1, carrying out platform and load assembly on a to-be-manufactured optical remote sensing satellite; step 2, assembling the solar wing; step 3, carrying out a whole satellite electrical performance comprehensive test; 4, carrying out a flexible test; and step 5, carrying out an electrical performance test before leaving a factory to obtain the manufactured optical remote sensing satellite. According to the method, necessary technical support is provided for overall improvement of the production efficiency of batch production satellites.
