Wherein the electric charge quantity passing before the first breaking failure of the first circuit breaker provides an actual basis for the overall evaluation method, and the evaluation of the residual electrical life of the circuit breaker is realized by combining the electric charge quantity passing during the breaking arcing period and the pre-breakdown arcing period in the consumed opening and closing times of the first circuit breaker, so that the evaluation reliability is greatly improved.
