The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a mixed sound signal during operation of electrical equipment; performing signal conversion processing on the mixed sound signal to determine an environmental noise signal included in the mixed sound signal; separating and filtering the determined environmental noise signal from the mixed sound signal to obtain the sound signal to be separated; after the target feature tensor is separated through a preset waveform separation model, a waveform separation result is obtained; and waveform classification processing is performed on the target sub-waveforms based on the first storage and calculation integrated chip, and fault types corresponding to the target sub-waveforms are determined.
