Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a power battery thermal management performance determination method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first maximum temperature value of a vehicle driving condition for any vehicle driving condition; the power battery is positioned below a seat in the vehicle; determining a target temperature value from the first maximum temperature values; taking a working condition corresponding to the target temperature value as a high-temperature working condition; under the high-temperature working condition, the second maximum temperature value and the first maximum temperature difference value under all the air conditioner modes and the power battery air inlet state are determined; determining a minimum temperature value and a second maximum temperature difference value for the low-temperature working condition; and determining whether the thermal management performance of the power battery is qualified.
