The method comprises the following steps: acquiring tightening data when an operator uses an assembly tool to assemble a power battery; generating a data trend curve according to the tightening data; detecting the assembly condition of the power battery based on a pre-configured trend decision function and the data trend curve to obtain a detection result; according to a detection result, judging whether the condition of unqualified assembly exists or not; if yes, determining assembly disqualification data according to a detection result; and outputting first alarm information according to the assembly disqualification data.
