And step 3, establishing a linear polynomial mathematical model, and obtaining the blade tip vibration velocity by using a nonlinear fitting method. And step 4, removing a trend term in the blade tip vibration speed by using an empirical mode decomposition technology so as to obtain a more accurate blade tip vibration speed.
