The vanadium extraction rotary kiln fire-resistant precast block comprises a precast block body, a front face groove, a side face protrusion, a back face groove, a side face groove and an anchoring part, and the front face groove, the side face protrusion, the back face groove, the side face groove and the anchoring part are arranged on the precast block body. The front groove is located in the lower middle portion of the front face of the precast block body and transversely penetrates through the front face of the precast block body. The back groove is located in the upper middle portion of the back face of the prefabricated block body and transversely penetrates through the back face of the prefabricated block body. The side face groove is located in the upper middle portion of the side face of the precast block body and transversely penetrates through the side face of the precast block
