The invention discloses a gate valve which comprises a valve shell, a valve element and a valve accessory. The valve shell comprises a valve shell finished product formed by combining a valve shell I and a valve shell II. The valve element is designed in a split mode and comprises a first valve element body and a second valve element body which are made of metal or non-metal materials.
