The shock absorber comprises a piston rod and a valve system structure connected with the piston rod in a matched mode, the valve system structure comprises a piston valve seat arranged on the piston rod in a sleeving mode, and an accommodating cavity is formed in the first end face of the piston valve seat; the first support is connected with the piston rod in a matched mode, and at least part of the first support is inserted into the containing cavity. The second support is arranged in the containing cavity and comprises a center hole, and at least part of the first support is inserted into the center hole and connected with the second support in a matched mode.
