Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a horizontal directional drilling liquid outlet test device and a test bed. The test device comprises a liquid inlet connector connected with a drill rod of a horizontal directional drilling machine, a liquid outlet connector connected with a transmission shaft of the test bed, and a liquid outlet sleeve arranged on the outer circle of the liquid outlet connector in a sleeving mode. The liquid inlet connector and the liquid outlet connector are in transmission connection through a universal coupling, and an inner cavity of the liquid inlet connector is communicated with an inner cavity of the liquid outlet connector through a hose; an inner cavity of the liquid inlet connector is communicated with a water path of a central hole of the drill rod; the liquid outlet sleeve is provided with a long hose for communicating the inner cavity of the liquid outlet connector with an external test liquid box; the test bench is provided with the test device.
