Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a control method for improving the yield of 100 kg of rare earth cerium smelted in a vacuum induction furnace. The control method comprises the steps that (1) steelmaking raw materials and alloy are prepared; (2) the prepared steelmaking raw materials are added into a 100 kg vacuum induction furnace, and alloy is added into an alloy trough on the furnace; (3) covering a furnace cover; (4) vacuumizing and filling argon, and then heating the steel and iron materials; (5) adding a rare earth alloy material; (6) tapping to a steel ingot mold; (7) vacuum pressure maintaining; (8) the steel ingot mold is lifted out, and demolding is conducted; and (9) cooling water is closed, the experiment platform is cleaned, and the inner wall of the 100 kg vacuum induction furnace is checked.
