Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a multiplex fluorescent PCR primer and probe set for detecting rickettsia and application, and belongs to the technical field of biology. A triple fluorescent quantitative PCR detection primer and a probe set are designed by using an orientia tsutsugamushi groEL gene, a rickettsia typhus ompB gene and a spotted fever rickettsia OmpA gene, a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection technology platform is utilized, and primer concentration, annealing temperature and circulation parameters are repeatedly optimized, so that the detection accuracy is improved, and the detection sensitivity is improved. According to the present invention, the multiple fluorescent quantitative PCR method for simultaneously detecting the orientia tsutsugamushi, the typhoid fever rickettsia and the spotted fever rickettsia is successfully established according to the result of the comparison and analysis with the nested PCR in the clinical sample so as to achieve the rapid detection of various rickettsi
