According to the method, stems and leaves of the acanthopanax senticosus are dip-dyed by agrobacterium under a vacuum or ultrasonic condition and then are transferred into a co-culture medium for co-culture, bacteria removal is performed, and resistant calluses are screened; wherein in the dip dyeing and co-culture stages, lanthanum chloride is added into an agrobacterium dip dyeing solution and a co-culture medium; and continuously culturing the screened resistant calluses to obtain the resistant acanthopanax senticosus seedlings.
