Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural product fresh-keeping composite film materials, in particular to a preparation method and application of a chitosan bimolecular film with high barrier property. Chitosan powder is added into a glacial acetic acid solution to obtain a chitosan solution; dissolving polyvinyl alcohol particles in deionized water to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution, mixing the polyvinyl alcohol solution with a chitosan solution, and adding the modified nano silicon dioxide and glycerol to obtain a CH-PVA composite membrane solution; adding a purslane extract into a chitosan solution, and adding modified nano silicon dioxide and glycerol to obtain a CH-PO composite membrane solution; pouring the CH-PVA composite film liquid into a plastic culture dish to prepare a bottom layer CH-PVA film; pouring and uniformly coating the CH-PO composite membrane liquid on the surface of the bottom layer membrane to prepare a middle layer CH-PO membrane; casting the CH-PVA composite
