Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of medicinal chemistry, and particularly relates to a 2-[2-methyl-6-(quinoline-3-yl) nicotinoyl]-N-phenylhydrazine-1-formamide derivative as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The 2-[2-methyl-6-(quinoline-3-yl) nicotinoyl]-N-phenylhydrazine-1-formamide derivative is synthesized for the first time, and the preparation method of the 2-[2-methyl-6-(quinoline-3-yl) nicotinoyl]-N-phenylhydrazine-1-formamide derivative is low in raw material cost, high in yield, simple and easy to control in reaction process, and suitable for industrial production; moreover, the derivatives have high NR4A1 protein level inhibitory activity and can be used for preparing anti-hepatoma drugs.
