Zusammenfassung: | According to the catalytic system, cycloaddition of epoxy amine and carbon dioxide is catalyzed through hydrogen bond donor/hydrogen bond acceptor bifunctional activation to synthesize 5-hydroxymethyl oxazolidinone. Compared with other methods for synthesizing 5-hydroxymethyl oxazolidinone under the conditions of high temperature, high pressure, high catalyst loading capacity and the like, the method disclosed by the invention is very mild in reaction condition. According to the present invention, with the catalysis system, the drug activity intermediate 5-hydroxymethyl oxazolidinone with the modifiable side chain group can be efficiently synthesized, and compared with the 5-hydroxymethyl oxazolidinone synthesized by using the metal catalysis in the prior art, the characteristics of no metal residue, mild conditions and the like are provided. And the method has great commercial application potential in the fields with strict requirements on metal residues, such as biological medicines and the like.
