Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a production process for producing high-purity MB, and belongs to the field of chemical product processing methods. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding bromooctadecane for reaction to prepare an intermediate; adding aluminum sulfate and tetraethoxysilane to prepare a catalyst; preparing a reaction solution and modifying the catalyst; pumping a modified catalyst and heating to react to prepare an MB product. According to the preparation method, carbon disulfide, a sodium hydroxide solution and di-n-butylamine are firstly pumped into the microreactor through a metering pump to be preheated, then dichloromethane and a modified catalyst are pumped to react, and compared with a traditional preparation process, the MB product obtained after centrifugal liquid separation, water washing, molecular sieve dehydration and vacuum distillation not only can react completely, but also can be recycled, and the yield of the product is improved.
