According to the unmanned aerial vehicle take-off and landing device, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be effectively returned according to a designated position after being parked and is locked and fixed after being returned, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is prevented from being damaged due to sliding collision in the transportation process;
