Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for quickly evaluating the quality of a resistance welding spot, which comprises the following steps of: accumulating a welding dynamic resistance curve and obtaining an ideal dynamic resistance curve by carrying out a process welding test; fitting a plurality of ideal dynamic resistance curves into a standard dynamic resistance curve; actual welding is started, and a dynamic resistance curve in the welding process is controlled to be collected in real time; and calculating the distance between the actual curve and the standard curve by using a FastDTW algorithm to obtain a welding quality evaluation result. According to the method, the time complexity and the space complexity of the DTW algorithm can be greatly reduced, so that the method is more suitable for comparison of a relatively long time sequence of the resistance welding dynamic resistance curve.
