The method comprises the following steps: pre-dispersing the carbon nanotubes by adopting a solvent, pre-treating the oil slurry, stirring at a high speed within a certain temperature range, proportionally adding the pre-dispersed carbon nanotube solution into the oil slurry in batches, stirring at a high speed for a certain time, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to finally obtain a mixed solution of the carbon nanotubes and the oil slurry, which is good in dispersion effect and good in stability.
