The image recognition device comprises an image noise reduction module; the image noise reduction module comprises a noise reduction unit, a calculation unit and a merging unit; the noise reduction unit is used for performing noise reduction on the aerial image of the affected area by adopting various types of noise reduction algorithms to obtain a plurality of processed images; the calculation unit is used for respectively acquiring the merging proportion of each processed image by adopting a particle swarm algorithm; and the merging unit is used for merging the processed images based on the merging proportion to obtain a noise-reduced image.
