The method comprises the following steps: constructing an initial line fault model by adopting line single-phase grounding permanent fault data; and generating a first fault phase current and a second fault phase current by adjusting the working state of a circuit breaker in the initial line fault model. And carrying out direct current component decay time constant calculation based on an equivalent frequency method and the second fault phase current to generate a direct current component decay time constant. And performing circuit breaker breaking failure risk evaluation on the direct-current component attenuation time constant, the first fault phase current and the second fault phase current to generate circuit breaker breaking failure risk evaluation data. According to the invention, circuit breaker breaking failure risk evalua
