Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a regulator voltage detection circuit capable of suppressing circuit area and current consumption in a semiconductor device. A regulator voltage detection circuit, which outputs a detection signal indicating a voltage change in a regulator voltage output from a regulator circuit on the basis of a reference voltage, comprises: a load element having a first terminal to which a current is supplied from a constant current circuit and a second terminal to which the regulator voltage is received; and a comparator having a first input terminal connected to the first terminal and a second input terminal receiving a reference voltage, and outputting a detection signal. 本发明提供能够抑制半导体装置内的电路面积或消耗电流的调节器电压检测电路。基于基准电压输出表示从调节器电路输出的调节器电压的电压变化的检测信号的调节器电压检测电路具有:负载元件,具有从恒流电路被供给电流的第一端子和接受调节器电压的第二端子;以及比较器,具有与第一端子连接的第一输入端子以及接受基准电压的第二输入端子,并输出检测信号。
